COVID-19 : How do we maintain our activity ?

Dear clients,
As any responsible Business Managers, we’re following carefully the evolution of current situation due to spread of Coronavirus –COVID19.

In order to meet confinement regulations, save our employees’ health while continuing our business activities, specific health and home office rules have been put in place, following advices and recommendations of French Health Authorities.

Actions being taken to reduce risks of exposure in our workplace :

  • Social distancing between our production workers,
  • Provide our employees with suitable sanitary equipments,
  • Remind our employees to wash their hands once per hour, at least,
  • Organise home office for all our sales and back-office staff, being relevant for that
Re/ your orders :
We consciously assume that these actions have also been taken in your organisation. That’s why we make sure that your usual sales contact persons remain involved and at your disposal to reply to your requests, either by phone or email. We also make sure that our stock level keeps ensuring us to answer your needs, asap.
As of today, pls note that both our Sales staff and our Order registration system remain fully operational.
As for deliveries, we rely on our partnership with our forwarders who keep operating their services, making sure to be provided with sanitary equipments in order to reduce risks of exposure for themselves but also for you and your company.
